Joshua Cornelius is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with over six years of experience in video production and project management. With a demonstrated history in film and post-production, he excels in team building, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment. As a Freelance Director of Photography since January 2020, Joshua has been instrumental in establishing the overall visual style of various productions, leading camera, lighting, and grip teams to achieve the creative vision and capturing the desired visuals.

 

During his time as Production Manager (Lead Producer) at the University of Florida in Gainesville from December 2021 to March 2024, Joshua supervised the creation and development of multimedia content, led daily production and post-production activities, and managed various projects, including marketing-related productions.

 

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University. His commitment to excellence is further exemplified by his past service in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant where he served as a team leader during Operation Enduring Freedom.
